Streptococcal Dental Caries A Short Review

Abstract:
Dental caries is a permanent infection usually bacterial in cause today; caries remains one of the most common diseases throughout the world. Cardiology is the study of dental caries. Dental caries is important yet a preventable public health problem. It is the most universal chronic disease of childhood that interferes with usual nutrition intake, speech, self-esteem and daily regular activities, because the caries pain adversely affects the normal food intake. This review article provides a summary of the development of dental caries, role in microbial communities, aetiology, Prevention etc.
